Welcome to the website www.lasalade.ch. By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs). Please read them carefully before finalizing your purchase.
1. General Information
1.1. The website www.lasalade.ch is operated by Herbalist CJ Sàrl, based in Troistorrents, Switzerland.
1.2. We sell CBD-based products in compliance with current Swiss legislation. All our products contain a THC level below the legal threshold (-1%).
2. Orders
2.1. Any order placed on our website implies acceptance of these T&Cs.
2.2. Orders are only open to adults (18 years and above).
2.3. Products are available while stocks last. In case of unavailability, we will inform you promptly and offer an alternative solution or a refund.
3. Prices and Payment
3.1. All prices are displayed in Swiss francs (CHF), including VAT.
3.2. Accepted payment methods are specified during order checkout.
3.3. Payment must be made before the order is shipped.
3.4. Purchase by invoice with partial payment option (POWERPAY)
MF Group / POWERPAY offers the “Purchase by invoice” payment method as an independent payment service provider. The order invoice allows you to pay for your online purchase conveniently by invoice. If payment is not made within the specified period, you will subsequently receive a monthly invoice in the following month, together with an overview of your order.
Upon conclusion of the purchase agreement, POWERPAY acquires the resulting invoice claim and handles the corresponding payment arrangements. When purchasing by invoice, you accept POWERPAY’s General Terms and Conditions in addition to our own GTC, available at powerpay.ch/en/agb.
4. Delivery
4.1. We deliver in Switzerland.
4.2. Shipping costs and delivery times are specified during the order process.
4.3. Once dispatched, the order is the responsibility of the carrier. In case of delay or loss, we will assist you in your claims.
5. Returns and Refunds
5.1. In accordance with Swiss law, you have 7 days to exercise your right of withdrawal.
5.2. Products must be returned in their original packaging, unopened, and unused. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
5.3. Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receipt and validation of returned items.
6. Liability
6.1. Our products comply with Swiss standards. We disclaim all liability for improper or illegal use in another country.
6.2. Under no circumstances shall we be liable for indirect damages related to the use of our products or website.
7. Data Protection
7.1. Your personal information is treated confidentially and in accordance with our privacy policy.

8. Disputes
8.1. In case of disputes, Swiss law applies.
